TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CASINO MOOSE JAW

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By entering Casino Moose Jaw, using its facilities or participating in any promotional activities, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

DEFINITIONS

In this agreement, "we" refers to Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation (SaskGaming), the owner and operator of Casino Moose Jaw; "you" means a person who enters or uses our premises; and "Casino" means Casino Moose Jaw as well as its staff, facilities, promotions, services and contents.

AGE AND IDENTITY REQUIREMENTS

Only individuals 18 years of age or older are permitted to enter the Casino and engage in gaming activities. You must provide valid identification upon request.

RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

We encourage responsible gambling practices. If you feel that your gambling habits may be causing problems, please do not hesitate to seek assistance from our GameSense advisors or visit a provincial helpline for support.

SELF-EXCLUSION

You can voluntarily exclude yourself from gaming activities at the Casino by requesting self-exclusion through Saskatchewan Gaming Corporation's responsible gambling program. Upon acceptance of your request, you will be prohibited from entering the premises and accessing any loyalty benefits until the self-exclusion period has expired.

ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS

Your Players Club account is intended for personal use only. We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if we suspect fraud, misconduct or breach of Casino rules.

DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL LIMITS

We do not impose fixed minimum or maximum deposit limits on our guests. Deposit and withdrawal restrictions arise from table minimums and maximums, machine denomination choices, ATM limits, and any personal financial controls you have set with responsible gaming staff.

ACCOUNT RESTRICTIONS ON WINNINGS

Large jackpot wins may be subject to identification checks, tax and reporting obligations, and potentially staged payouts in accordance with SaskGaming's internal procedures and provincial regulations.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saskatchewan without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles or giving effect to any choice or law that would cause the application of law of another jurisdiction.
